Hydraulic Seals
Rod & Piston Seals
The two primary dynamic seals inside every hydraulic cylinder — the rod seal keeps fluid in, the piston seal keeps pressure on the right side of the piston. Both must operate under high pressure, at speed, and for millions of cycles.

Rod & piston seal profiles: UHS/UNS, BA, and USH types.
Rod Seals
Rod Seals
A rod seal sits in the cylinder head (gland) and seals against the reciprocating piston rod. It is the last line of defence against external leakage — if the rod seal fails, hydraulic fluid leaks to atmosphere.
Compact Rod Seal (RS)
Single-element compact profile for standard-duty hydraulic cylinders up to 400 bar.
Step Seal (SPGO)
PTFE step seal with elastomer energiser — low friction, excellent for servo and proportional valve cylinders.
U-Cup (UN)
Classic polyurethane U-cup for general hydraulic service. Available in symmetrical and asymmetrical profiles.
Piston Seals
Piston Seals
A piston seal separates the high-pressure and low-pressure sides of the piston inside the cylinder bore. It must seal bidirectionally while the piston reciprocates, and maintain pressure in both extend and retract strokes.
Compact Piston Seal (DAS / KDAS)
Double-acting compact seal for medium to heavy-duty cylinders up to 700 bar.
Piston Ring Set
Multi-piece ring set with wear ring and sealing element for large-bore cylinders.
Chevron Packing
V-packing / chevron set for adjustable sealing in presses, jacks, and legacy cylinders.
Supporting Seals
Complete Cylinder Sealing
Wiper / Dust Seals
Prevent contamination ingress at the rod exit — essential for extending rod seal life.
Guide Rings & Wear Strips
Absorb side loads and prevent metal-to-metal contact between piston/rod and bore/gland.
Seal Kits
Complete cylinder seal kits — all seals for one cylinder in one box, cross-referenced by OEM.
