Return Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction — guidelines for returning products purchased from FITCO Orings.
Standard Products
Standard catalogue items (non-custom, non-modified) may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from our sales team before shipping the return
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a FITCO error
- Refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods
Custom / Made-to-Order Products
Custom-manufactured products (non-standard sizes, special compounds, moulded parts) are non-returnable as they are produced to your specific requirements. Exceptions are made only in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects that make the product unfit for its specified purpose
- Dimensional non-conformance outside agreed tolerances
- Incorrect material supplied versus order confirmation
Defective Products
If you receive defective products, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the defect. FITCO will replace defective goods at no charge or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Email sales@fitcorings.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 1 business day with an RA number and return shipping instructions.
