Payment options include online bank transfer, credit card, debit card and net banking. For payments from outside India: wire transfer (USD 1,000 and above) or PayPal. For payments from India: net/online banking, NEFT/IMPS/RTGS, PayPal India, or credit/debit card (Indian banks only). If a payment transaction fails, contact customer service immediately.

Shipping is free within India. Delivery is typically completed within 4–7 working days via reputed courier services, depending on location. Multi-item orders may arrive as partial shipments per each product's individual delivery timeline.

An email confirmation is sent after an order is placed successfully. Orders can be tracked, cancelled (within 24 hours of placing, before processing) or modified by contacting Customer Service. No refund or cancellation is available once an order has been processed.

Return requests can be raised within 5 days of delivery (48 hours for damaged or defective items) by contacting Customer Service, with product and packaging images shared for damaged/defective claims. Prepaid refunds are processed to the original card or net-banking account within 1–2 business days, reflecting in the account within approximately 5–7 business days.

Prices exclude import customs duty, VAT and other applicable taxes. Items from stock are subject to availability; non-standard/custom items are non-refundable. Goods are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Free replacement is provided for genuine dimensional or manufacturing defects within 1 month of delivery. This does not cover defects from improper use, application-specific performance failure, or unauthorised repair or modification.

Disputes arising from an order or contract are resolved by arbitration in Mumbai, India, under Indian law, with a single arbitrator and English as the language of arbitration. Arbitration fees: INR 3,000 + GST (India) or AED 1,000 (Dubai).
