Packaging
All orders are packed in sealed poly bags with silica gel desiccant, placed in corrugated cartons. Bulk quantities are packed in HDPE-lined export cartons. O-rings are individually labelled with size, material, batch number, and date of manufacture.
Tracking
A tracking number and carrier details are emailed once your order ships. International orders include commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin as required.
Custom Orders Lead Time
Custom-moulded products require 2–4 weeks manufacturing time before shipping. Your order confirmation will include the expected dispatch date.
