Our story
Three decades of sealing expertise
FITCO Orings Pvt. Ltd. was founded in August 1995 in Mohali, Chandigarh — India's engineering heartland. What began as a focused O-ring supply operation has grown into a vertically integrated sealing-products manufacturer serving customers across five continents. Today, FITCO operates from three locations: the head office and manufacturing facility in Mohali/Chandigarh, a sales and distribution office in Mumbai, and a trading office in Dubai (FITCO Orings Trading LLC) serving the GCC export market.
Our product range spans eleven elastomer and fluoropolymer families — from commodity NBR and EPDM to high-performance FFKM and PTFE — moulded to AS568, ISO 3601, BS 1806 and JIS B2401 standards. Beyond standard O-rings, we manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic seals, oil seals, gaskets, backup rings, X-rings, guide rings, V-rings, bonded seals, elastic spiders and custom-engineered sealing solutions for applications ranging from drinking-water fittings to deep oil & gas wells.
Our in-house capabilities cover the full production chain: compound formulation on Banbury mixers and two-roll mills, CNC and wire-EDM tool-room operations, compression/transfer/injection moulding on presses from 50 to 500 tonnes, and a testing laboratory equipped for tensile, compression-set, ageing, rheometry and ozone-resistance testing. This vertical integration gives us direct control over material traceability, dimensional tolerance and batch-to-batch consistency — and allows us to turn around prototype tools in 5–10 working days.
FITCO holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications and is FDA-certified for food and medical-contact compounds. We supply to OEM customers in the oil & gas, automotive, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, chemical processing, semiconductor, marine and power-generation sectors.
